What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our 'Size Guide' & 'How To Measure Your Dog' pages in our Header & Footer of the website :) There's also some of this helpful info located on each product page.

Can I update a mistake on my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to update details within the order. Please email us as soon as possible if you have found an error within your order, otherwise it will be shipped and created as placed.

Do you Sell Gift Cards?!

Can I add a Custom Note to my Order?

Yes! You can add a custom note, or additional info when you place your order in the 'NOTES' section, so keep your eyes peeled for this area when placing your order :)

What is your Shipping & Return Policy?

YOU ARE IMPORTANT TO US!

We here at Handsome Mountain understand that sometimes we get a change of heart and we want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied, and so, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy in which we can help you find the right product that you were looking for in the first place!

Obviously any online shopping is a bit difficult when you are unable to physically see and touch the item(s) that you are purchasing, so we have tried to include as much detailed shots and sizing information as possible on our website. However, should you have further questions and/or any inquiries ahead of your purchase we would be more than happy to get back to you through our email: info@handsome-mountain.com within 24 hours.

     

    HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

    If you wish to return or exchange an item, please advise us within 7 days upon receipt of your order. Upon receiving our “Approval to Return and/or Exchange Confirmation” email, please ship us back the unused and unwashed item in the original state as shipped, including all original attached hangtags, and the original receipt, and we will happily exchange your item(s), or issue your refund back to your account in the same form of payment in which you paid.

    At this time, the customer is responsible for the return and/or exchange shipping costs as we are a small business and cannot offer free return shipping (yet!), but we anticipate on making this a more flexible policy in the long run. Should you have any specific cases, please feel free to email us with your questions and/or scenario and we will gladly discuss the circumstances. :)

    Once you have received our “Approval to Return and/or Exchange Confirmation” email, we will send you the return address for your item(s).

      

    SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

    We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States of America. We work closely with Canada Post/USPS for all of our shipping needs. 

    We do not cover any duty fees once the parcel has crossed the border. This is the responsibility of the customer upon delivery and/or pick-up of the parcel.

    If you are a not a Canadian or U.S.A. resident and are interested in receiving a quote on a shipping cost(s) to your specified location - please send us an email at info@handsome-mountain.com and we will gladly check into quoting you, and shipping your desired items!

    Are all Sale Items a Final Sale?

    Yes. All items purchase on sale either auto-discounted online, with the use of a discount code, or through a social media promotion are all a Final Sale.

    What can I ship my item back in?

    You can ship your item back to us in the packaging we shipped it to you in should you still have it, or in a new parcel. We encourage you to ship using anything 100% recyclable :)
